Former ArizonaCardinals linebacker Gabe Martin and former Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Jude Adjei-Barimah are teaming up to open Pro Recovery Zone, Phoenix’s newest full-body cryotherapy and hyper-wellness lounge. what is cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy means “cold therapy.” Cryotherapy has numerous benefits, such as mood improvement, better skin, and soothing aching joints. Some of the specific benefits include the following:

Drawn together as scholarship student-athletes during their time at Bowling Green State University, Martin and Adjei-Barimah know first-hand the toll that athletics can take onone’s body. After injury riddled careers and constant inquiries from family and friends onhow they took care of their bodies – the two decided to start Pro Recovery Zone as a one-stop-shop for people to come and use the same methods and modalities as
professional athletes.The membership-based lounge starts with fitness and nutrition to help with recovery andoffers full-body consultations. They also offer à la carte services. Samples of their services include:

Martin says he’s excited to bring a fun, electric athletic training room environment to the

Pro Recovery zone is elite restoration and recovery with a purpose. Adjei-Barimah says three words describe how members will feel when they leave: revived, renewed, and restored.
The two-day grand opening event kicks off on Saturday, June 6th from 10 am – 6 pm MST and continues Sunday, June 7th from 12 pm – 4 pm MST.
